Dear Fellow Supporters of Integrated Reporting,
This e-mail is to inform you about a newly released study by the MIT Sloan Management Review and the Boston Consulting Group about sustainable investing, a new report by Morgan Stanley on gender diversity and economic performance, the completion of SASB’s provisional standards for all 10 sectors and 79 industries, the CDSB’s “Statement of Fiduciary Duty and Climate Change Disclosure, and some news on Arabesque Partners.
Sustainable Investing
News on Arabesque Partners
I have three pieces of news.
The first is that I am very pleased to say that Barbara Krumsiek, former CEO and Chair of Calvert Investments, has been named to the board of Arabesque Partners as a Non-Executive Director subject to regulatory approval. Her appointment has already been covered by Bloomberg, Institutional Investor, MarketWatch and Foundation & Endowment Intelligence.
Second, Andreas Feiner, our head of ESG Research, was interviewed by Bloomberg for a Q&S on “Quantitative investing for the sustainability set.” In it he discusses our ESG Quant strategy and the challenges of building models for such strategies.
Third, here is a little video I did summarizing the “Sustainable Investing Seminar 2015” of The Boston Security Analysts Society. This was their third conference and the fourth is being planned for November 2016.
Kind regards,
Bob
